I've been gone for a while. I spent a relaxing five weeks in Washington visiting my girlfriend, family, and friends. Getting that much time around the people I love makes me realize how often I take their presence for granted and how much I miss them.

I've been following Youth Movement Records a lot lately, admittedly with green eyes. It's such a great project and during my time at the Y, I had ideas to do a similar teen involvement program but never got it organized. Anyway, props to YMR and I hope they have continued success and growth. Check out this video story from Inside Bay Area.
